How Can I Help?

Donate:

The costs of operating The Bailey Foundation are considerable. Proper nutrition, transportation, housing and avian veterinary services, often emergency, are just the beginning

The Bailey Foundation depends on generous donations from caring individuals like you. We are a non-profit organization; your donation is tax deductible.

Volunteer:

We are also seeking knowledgeable volunteers who would be able to spare some time and love. Please contact us at (484) 882-0101 to speak with one of our staff or fill out our online Volunteer Application.

Foster:

The Bailey Foundation seeks to help every bird in need. While the Foundation has space for a large number of birds directly, often the inflow of new birds exceeds the outflow of adopted birds exponentially. In order to continue to help our displaced feathered friends we rely on the generosity of foster homes to provide interim care; shelter, food, water, enrichment, until we can find a bird a successful placement. Sometimes a foster situation can even result in an adoption by the fostering family when the right match is made. As the need from the companion parrot community increases we continue to seek new foster homes, if you are interested please send an email through the Contact Us link indicating “New Foster” in the subject of the message.

The Bailey Foundation relies of donations of time, shelter, love, and funds to continue to help parrots in need. Please consider how you may best be able to help. Thank you!
